RatePlug is Coming to BAREIS MLS April 19th

This powerful tool is free to MLS members

RatePlug displays affordability information that has accelerated contact to contract by 15%.  This valuable addition to MLS property reports includes mortgage payment and product information from your selected lending partners.

This system provides BAREIS members the opportunity to display their preferred lender’s live mortgage payment and product information on reports and property flyers created with RatePlug. This gives homebuyers an accurate picture of monthly payments specific to the properties being considered.  Agents can focus upon the properties their clients can afford, which means more closed transactions.

You can have multiple lenders setup in RatePlug and display up to three per report. Broker have the option to add an affiliated mortgage entity for their agents.

HomeSpotter Update Released

HomeSpotter released an update for their app early last week. Here is why you should update:

•    You can now communicate with other agents directly through the HomeSpotter app. You’ll see a line below the listing agent’s contact information to send them a direct message.

•    Chat renamed to messages throughout the app.

•    Successful delivery and read notifications added to message conversations. A check mark means the message was successfully sent. An eye icon means that it was read.

•    Updated agent profile editing.

•    You can now save properties by clicking the heart icon in the lower right of the listing detail screen.

•    Integration with iMessage.

Map Update Postponed to Integrate BAREIS Requests

Rapattoni’s planned map update to finish the Google Map conversion has been delayed. They are taking our concerns into consideration and working to make it a great update! We should find out soon when the actual go live date is and will keep you informed on the Welcome Message on your MLS homepage.

Tech Tip: Oops... I Entered the Wrong Selling Price!

If it has been less than 7 days since the listing has been changed to a sold status, you have access to change the selling information. To revise the listing, go to the listing you would like to edit and click on the revise listing (pencil) icon. Next, click on the Status information link. In the status information screen simply update or correct any of the selling information. Finally, click the save button in the top left corner of the screen to save your changes.

If it has been more than 7 days since you changed the listing status to sold, send us a listing change form.
