Where did the Flood Zone info Go in Tax?

Because the flood panel data on the property detail report is NOT accurate, Realist has temporarily removed it from the property detail reports in the tax database.
The information on the actual Flood Maps ARE accurate.  Until the report data is fixed, members will be allowed to access the Flood Map link AT NO CHARGE for all California counties from Monterey County north.
For all California counties from Monterey County north:
1. Agents WILL NOT be charged to access the Flood Map (via the Flood Map link at the top of the Property Detail Report).
2. The Property Detail report WILL NOT include the Flood Zone Panel, Panel Date and Flood Zone code under ‘Location Info’.
For all California counties south of Monterey County:
1. The Property Detail report WILL NOT include the link to the Flood Map.
2. The Property Detail report WILL include the Flood Zone Panel, Panel Date and Flood Zone code under ‘Location Info’.

Tokens will continue to be used on PDA MLS site

BAREIS MLS® will be switching from the RSA® Security Token to RSA® Adaptive Authentication on December 1, 2009.
As a precaution, all BAREIS members should hold onto their tokens until notified to dispose of them.
Users that log on to the Rapattoni system using a smart phone or PDA will be prompted to enter a token code. Tokenless security will not be available on the PDA site (http://norcalmls.rapmls.com/pda) until early 2010.
Users that log on to SUPRAweb will not be required to use a token.
 
Clients Not Getting your Prospect Emails?

Contacts and prospects are managed under the Contacts menu. Simply check the ‘Manage as Prospect’ field in the Contact Information form to activate prospecting features for a Contact. This will allow you to select auto prospecting for this Contact.
If most of the Contacts you enter into the system will also be prospects, you can set the default for ‘Manage as a Prospect’ to ‘Yes’.  Click on Admin>Your Preferences> Prospecting.  Set ‘Default New Contacts as Prospects’ to ‘Yes’.
NOTE: This is only a default; you can de-select the Manage as Prospect field when adding a new contact, if necessary.
How do I log in without my token?
December 1st you will have a new look on the MLS system for logging in without your token. Adaptive Authentication will involve a brief enrollment. You will need to answer 4 “challenge questions”. Answer these all in lower case and remember your answers. MLS staff and Rapattoni staff will not know your answers.
