
Rapattoni Support Center
Looking to make the most out of your technical support? The Rapattoni Support Center is designed to do just that by combining online support, email support, and phone support all in one convenient location. It even tracks your previous support incidents and solutions.
The Rapattoni Support Center is located under the help button on your Rapattoni toolbar. There are three tabs across the top of the screen. The first tab, Home, is where you can find answers by typing in a keyword and searching for all answers. If you were having difficulty managing uploading your listing photos you could type in Photo and all of the appropriate answers would appear. This screen also displays the answers to the most frequently asked questions.
The second tab labeled Contact Support has a place to send an email regarding your question and the support phone number for the Rapattoni tech support.
The third tab, My Previous Incidents, has a list of all the answers you have received to either your email requests or phone calls you have made. This is a great tool since you can always revisit the answer to a question at a later date. You can probably get the answers to most of your questions simply by using the keyword search which makes this a real time saver in your busy world.
