BAREIS MLS permits combo lockboxes in addition to the Supra iBox. However, we urge caution on who you give the lockbox combo out to or placing the combination in confidential remarks. Anecdotes range anywhere from people giving out lockbox combo’s directly to clients so they may view properties on their own to people walking in on embarrassing situations. Giving out combo lockbox codes indiscriminately presents a danger to not only the sellers, but to our fellow real estate professionals. As a reminder, combination code lockboxes do not capture information about who has entered the property.
