Realist Classic is Retiring - Are You Ready? Sadly, the time is coming for us to bid farewell to Realist Classic on February 29th. It has served our members well for many years. CoreLogic, the company behind Realist, is working on the next version of Realist and is shutting down Classic to concentrate their resources. As such, BAREIS has no choice in the matter.
Realist Classic Retiring BAREIS MLS® adopted the current version of Realist tax in 2011. We hung on to Realist Classic for as long as we could, as many of our members loved it and did not want to use the latest version. Unfortunately, that time is coming to an end. Corelogic, the company who owns Realist, is retiring Realist Classic for good on February 29, 2016.

50% Fee Waiver Issued to BAREIS MLS Members We have the sincere pleasure of notifying you that the BAREIS Board of Directors has approved a 50% fee waiver for this quarter. BAREIS MLS® exceeded its membership and financial projections for 2015, and at the same time maintained costs within projections. This is the seventh fee waiver BAREIS has issued since 1998.
BAREIS MLS® has decided to revert to the prior reports process until Rapattoni has completely fixed the issues surrounding the new print workflow. This is not how we anticipated the new print interface would perform for you. What we intended was to move printing reports onto a new platform which allows you to send listing reports and attachments as a PDF in one step, save a favorite report as default, and make all reports available for any search.
New Print Workflow Goes Live Tomorrow Exciting news - our new report interface is launching tomorrow! This new report interface will save you time and simplify the whole printing process. Watch this video to learn how it works. This new interface includes many upgrades that our members have asked for. These include:
Printing Reports Made Easier We are excited to announce that we will have a new and improved reports workflow next month. Some great benefits of the new reports process include: •    Print attached documents with your listing reports!
Donation to North Coast Opportunities We announced in our last newsletter that the BAREIS MLS® Board of Directors had approved a donation in the amount of $36,500 to go to a local non-profit organization in an effort to provide aid to the victims of the Valley Fire. At that time, the local non-profit organization was not yet determined.
