When possible, BAREIS negotiates with vendors of real estate related software to offer their products to BAREIS
members at a reduced price, or as an added benefit of BAREIS membership. The products available are:

·         TrueForms – BAREIS real estate forms and contract software is available online and as program downloads off of the Rapattoni system and is free of charge to BAREIS members. Access online through the Rapattoni system LINKS > MLS Links > TrueForms Online. You will need to log-in with your Agent ID and the Password you use to access Rapattoni. Please note that if you choose to access TrueForms online you will be required to install a plug-in before gaining access. The plug-in is available after logging in to TrueForms and appears under the Start TrueForms Online button.  TrueForms technical support number is 303-774-7150.

·         Wireless Access to Rapattoni – If you have a Web-enabled cell phone with PDA features, or a similar device with a wireless browser that can connect to the Internet, you can search the MLS in real time. Enter http://norcalmls.rapmls.com/pda into the Internet browser, and then log on with your agent ID and password. Free of charge to BAREIS members.

·         Exports – The ability to export data from the Rapattoni system to interface with other productivity software products is also available for HP Marketing Assistant, Realty Tools, DeLorme Street Atlas, Microsoft Streets & Trips, Lightning CMAplus, Lightning 2000 and HanDBase.
