Meeting of the Board of Directors July 21, 2017

    Finance Committee:  The June financial reports indicate the Corporation remains within budget and income, and membership numbers remain stable.     

    Innovation Task Force:  The Task Force received a demo of Disclosures.io, a disclosure sharing tool that is designed to manage disclosure packages and can be integrated into the MLS listing detail page. The Task Force liked the product and recommended pursuing the addition of Disclosures.io as a Clareity and Rapattoni link. The Task Force also received a demo of Lion Desk, a Real Estate CRM with additional business tools. The Task Force would like to be able to test the product before making a recommendation to the Board.

    Member Outreach:  BAREIS staff continues to attend broker & tour meetings throughout the primary areas to inform members of the upcoming changes to the log-in process and bareis.com.

    Staffing:  BAREIS MLS® has hired Michele Phillips to staff the Napa office and Miranda Rhys-Jones as a technical support person in Santa Rosa.

    BAREIS.com/Clareity Dashboard:  The new bareis.com and the Clareity Dashboard should be live by September.  Several members in every region will test the new log-in and dashboard before it is released to all members to insure members are able to use the new format efficiently.

    Data Accuracy:  Only one citation for a rules violation was issued in the first half of 2017.

Northern California Data Share:  The Northern California Datashare group is exploring ways to simplify the process for members to cooperate their key between the different MLSs, as well as how to provide more consistency between the rules of the different MLSs. The Directors were supportive of this idea.

Integrated Northern California MLS listing data in Professional Products:  Cloud MLX and My Property Office will integrate listing data from BAREIS MLS®, SFAR, Bridge MLS, CCAR and Bay East.
