BAREIS MLS® Board of Directors Meeting Recap May 20, 2016

Dave Fahrner was welcomed at the new Class A Director for Sonoma County.

Finance Committee: The April Financial Reports were not presented at the meeting and will be emailed to the Directors as soon as they are complete.

Key & Lockbox Exchange: The first phase of the Key & Lockbox exchange was completed in Napa, Sonoma, Marin and Solano Counties this week. Mendocino County will take place next week. More than 11,000 lockboxes have been exchanged so far. The exchange in Napa was plagued by problems and members experienced long wait times to upgrade their keys. KB is working with Supra to rectify the problems that were experienced there. All other locations experienced smooth exchanges. BAREIS MLS® and the service centers will be conducting make-up appointments for members through June 30, 2016

RPR: The RPR button has been added to the BAREIS MLS® home page and BAREIS MLS® data is available in RPR. Associations will be offering RPR training for their members beginning next week. RPR remains a REALTOR® only product. Non-REALTORS® have access to similar data in the FIND product.

California Association of REALTORS® Meetings: KB Walter, Carrie Kozubal, Rick Ungerecht & David Galligan attended the California Association of REALTORS® meetings in Sacramento.

Rapattoni Updates: Scheduled auto-prospecting is live in BAREIS MLS®.

HomeSpotter Mobile MLS App: BAREIS MLS® is working with HomeSpotter to provide a mobile MLS App for BAREIS MLS® members that includes a chat feature.

CRMLS: A letter from MAR informing BAREIS MLS® of the Association’s decision to partner with CRMLS was distributed to the Directors.
