Rapattoni Updates 2-16-12

Rapattoni performed several significant updates last week:

1.    Hotsheet One Line Grid: This change brings the One Line Grid and its customizability to the Hotsheet. You can now add or remove almost any column of data that you like from the Hotsheet. You can even design and save multiple One Line Grids for the Hotsheet for a variety of circumstances.

To prevent system sluggishness, Rapattoni had the Hotsheet sort the Change Type alphabetically, as that is typical sort for any column of data. Rapattoni received a number of complaints from MLSs across the nation; consequently, they have diverted resources from other projects to work on this sort issue. New Listings will be back on top this Thursday.

Note: Due to the new layout, you may have more pages of Hotsheet results then you did before. Please note the number of pages at the top of the results and navigate using the blue arrows.

2.    Auto-Prospecting Search Names: Auto-Prospecting reports will include the names of all prospect searches included in the report, if the agent marks Name on Reports when setting up the Prospect. In some instances, multiple search names may appear, each with its own list of criteria. Please note that the search criteria only displays on Auto-Prospecting reports if the Show Search Criteria on Reports option is selected in your Agent Preferences.
3.    Larger Subject Property Photo in CMA Package: The photo on the cover page of the CMA Package has been made larger and the page’s formatting has been enhanced for an improved presentation.
4.    Option to Limit Ranking Report to Current Agent’s Office: A new option has been added to the Ranking Report criteria form which allows the user to filter the results so that only agents who belong to the current user’s office are included.
