Revision to Regulation 15.11, BAREIS Lockbox Rule

Effective immediately, Commercial, Multi Unit 5+ and Business Opportunity listings are excluded from Regulation 15.11. All other property types are still required to include a BAREIS-approved lockbox to facilitate showing if a lockbox is present.
